You don't need more training
If you've been doing this a while, you've likely already been trained. And if you haven't, go get trained, that's the actual fix for that. But if you've sat through the classes, got the scripts, maybe even had a mentor a few years ahead of you who showed you what worked for them, and you're still stuck, that's a different problem.
So if you already know what to do, why isn't it happening?
Here's the part nobody says out loud. Training gives you information. Mentoring gives you someone else's path. Neither one is coaching, even when the program calls itself coaching.
It's like trying to get in shape by reading fitness articles. You already know squats build strength and calories in versus calories out matters. That was never the missing piece. The missing piece is having someone in your corner on the fifth Tuesday in a row, when the motivation's gone and you don't feel like showing up anyway.
Some of you aren't stuck there at all. You're doing the calls, putting in the hours, working plenty hard, and you still can't tell if any of it's moving the needle. That's a different problem, and it's not one more class fixes either.
Real coaching isn't handing you a better script. It's the thing that gets you consistent when you already know exactly what to do, and it's what tells you whether the hard work is actually working.
If either one of those sounds familiar, you already know which conversation you're missing.
If that's you, let's have it. Book a 15 Minute Clarity Call here.
